Plasmatic, created in 1999, is a parody of optical character recognition (OCR) types of the 1960’s. This updated versions has improved precision, better spacing, better kerning and more language support. Lots of punctuation and symbols have been added as well as fractions and numeric ordinals. Plasmatic now includes the new Indian rupee symbol. Vertical metrics have been imnproved for better web performance.
This font includes a license that allows free commercial use: sometimes referred to as a desktop license. This allows you to install the font on a computer and use it to create posters, web graphics, game graphics, t-shirts, videos, signs, logos and more. Read the license agreement for details.
